IT Service Delivery Manager
CMIT Solutions provides IT support and consulting services to small and medium sized businesses throughout the world. We’ve been in business since 2018 and have developed a sizeable clientele by providing very personable and customer focused IT service. We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to support, participate and guide the efforts of our technical team as our business grows and we expand the services we offer to our clients.
The Service Delivery Manager position requires a balance of relevant technical knowledge, the ability to prioritize and coordinate the efforts of our technical team, project management skill and experience, and hands on troubleshooting and implementation experience. The position requires a very broad skill set and deep experience with a variety of technical products and services.
The best candidates for this position will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be willing and able to effectively document work performed by yourself and others, and document and explain solutions that you propose. You will be interacting with a wide variety of clients for whom technical jargon is not their primary language. You must be able to effectively explain technical issues, solutions and status to clients in a manner that they understand and appreciate.
This is a part time position with expectations to grow into a full time position as we continue to grow.. Our business hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm but you must be flexible enough to work before or after those hours when a client situation requires it. Work is performed at our client sites, from our office in xxx, and from our home offices.
